Our best EPL XI for last weekend using a 4-2-3-1 formation.

Goalkeeper: David De Gea (Manchester United)– Decisive goalkeeping was exhibited, produced a major save to deny Emanuele Giaccherini with United 1-0 down.

Right-back: Sascha Riether (Fulham)– Saved Martin Jol’s job for now with two goal-line clearances in the same game.

Left-back: Davide Santon (Newcastle United) – Good combination between him and Loic Remy against Cardiff City.

Centre-back: Curtis Davies(Hull City)- impressed across the board with his terrific display against Villa.

Centre-back: Winston Reid (West Ham United) – Shut out Spurs on the night, then nicked a goal for himself.

Central-midfield: Yaya Toure (Manchester City) – simply described as a key man playing a key role.

Central-midfield: Claudio Yacob (West Brom) – helped snuff out Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil and friends.

Attacking-midfield: David Silva (Manchester City) – he was missed, now he is back!

Attacking-midfield:  Loic Remy (Newcastle United) – He’s incisive, he’s got speed,he’s  cool-headed. Proving to be a significant signing for the magpies.

Attacking-midfield: Adnan Januzaj (Manchester United) – Of course he’s here, No surprises.

Striker: Luis Suarez (Liverpool) – They couldn’t wait to have him back, now he’s in, there’s much joy at Anfield…
